Shipping terms

  • Please note: Prepayment orders by standard bank transfer can only be dispatched once the amount has been credited to our accoun
  • You will find the link to track your parcel after we have dispatched it in the dispatch confirmation we send you by email and in your order status in your account under My Account.

Shipping within Germany

  • DHL parcel (packaging + postage) from € 5.80
  • Free shipping is easy: from an order value of € 75.00 (incl. VAT) the shipping costs per order are cancelled and we take over the shipping costs for you!
  • DHL parcel with age check from 18 years (packaging + postage) from € 8.00
  • The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 days as soon as the consignment has left our warehouse after receipt of payment.

Shipping to the EU, Europe and worldwide

  • The delivery time within the EU, Europe and worldwide is usually 3-20 days once the consignment has left our warehouse. Our shipping prices may vary depending on the country and weight.
  • Free shipping from € 200.00 for selected countries in Europe, see below for the shipping zones.
  • No shipping of alcohol or goods over the age of 18 outside Germany
  • The shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the items and displayed in the 2nd step of the shopping basket. If the actual shipping costs with DHL exceed the shipping costs calculated here, we reserve the right to add these to the invoice. In this case we will contact you.
  • When shipping to non-EU countries, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) that are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.

If you choose the ‘Prepayment’ payment method, you will receive all the necessary details in the order confirmation email after successfully completing your order.
